• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian. English is preferable.
• Computer literacy
Requirements:
• Bachelors or a higher degree in Public Relations, Design or a closely related field.
• 3 years experience in graphic design and publishing including the activities that is directly related to his/her duties and responsibilities
