• Demonstrable interpersonal & communication skills
• Energetic person with drive and stamina who is solution-oriented, and who can deal with a multitude of challenging issues positively
• Fluent written and spoken Russian / Kazakh language
• Good English language skills
• Ability to write and review technical documentation in English
• Computer literate with strong knowledge in Microsoft Office software suite.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Engineering degree and 3 years relevant engineering, maintenance and/or operations experience
• Field experience in metrological support or/and instrumentation gathered from any of the following are required:
o Process industry
Oil & gas facilities Refinery
o Chemical and Petrochemical Plants
• Knowledgeable in the field of statutory requirements, permits and consents, legal compliance and official technical standards pertaining to measuring equipment and devices
• Knowledge of State and International metrological standards, normative documents, best practices, and systems
• Aware of issues surrounding high pressure and high H2S facilities
