Job Accountabilities:
• Supervise the preparation and execution of field activities ensuring that programmes are efficiently and effectively executed.
• Deliver AARs as required and ensure a continual improvement process is followed.
• Provide technical input to ensure completion designs meet operations requirements.
• Participate in design, operability, HAZOP, HAZID and QRA reviews to ensure effective Production Operations Well Services input.
• Develop and implement well clean-up and handover procedures as interface with both Projects and Production Operations.
• Support the development and implementation of a wellhead and X-mas tree integrity assurance program.
• Support the production of well intervention plans and OPEX budgets to support post well handover activities.
• Participate as a member of a multi-discipline team responsible for monitoring well performance, and for initiating appropriate actions to ensure maximum production potential is maintained.
• Support the management of the warehouse and vendor inventory of completion, wellhead and Xmas tree equipment.
• Provide support to audit all well related management systems. Ensures inspection data is correctly captured and recorded and meets the requirements of CLIENT document and records management process.
• Monitor inspection activities and performance metrics. Periodically report to management the status and performance of the Asset Integrity Management System.
• Support internal Asset Integrity verification reviews and support external reviews/audits.
• Continues to remain current with emerging technology, identifies and pursues new technology.
Follow Management of Change processes and continuously updated related management system documents to reflect industry current best practice and lessons learned.

Competences:
• Proven competencies in well operations and interventions (wire line), work over, well testing, well maintenance, integrity assurance;
• Broad Production Operations understanding;
• The experience to produce Well Service documentation - strategies, guidelines and procedures;
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to decision making process;
• Self-starting ability and is able to effectively set and deliver against their own as well as the Group’s priorities within the context of the current and planned workload;
• Good communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports;
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment - communicate, understand and work with the dynamics of a multifunctional, multi-cultural and multi-location environment, work co-operatively with others;
• Ability to lead and coach foreigner international and national staff and able to recognize and develop latent skills in others.
• Fluent written and spoken English, including a good understanding of technical English

Requirements:
• Good technical qualification in a recognised engineering discipline.
• Min 6-8 years C&WI experience with min 2 years in a Field Supervisory capacity.
• Current CWI IWCF Level 4 for Supervisors.
• Skill in Well Integrity management.
• Skill in supervision of C&WI operations.
• Skill in emergency well control.
• Skill and proven track record in supporting the development of Nationals essential.
• Experience in the design, operation and maintenance of high pressure wells (responsibility from perforations through production choke)
• Experience in well servicing operations - slick line, e-line, coil tubing, and rig less interventions
• Experience of working in high H2S operations
• Experience in working in the former Soviet Union or a Caspian region country preferred
• Proven competencies in well operations and interventions (wireline), workover, well testing, well maintenance, integrity assurance;
• Broad Production Operations understanding;
• The experience to produce Well Service documentation - strategies, guidelines and procedures;
• Working experience on part of, or the entire, Project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front line oil and gas production operations is desirable.
