Requirements:
- Education: Higher education on specific specialty and work experience not less than 3 years or secondary (professional) education on specific specialty and work experience not less than 5 years
- Certificate: Welding Production Certificate II
- Necessary additional knowledge and skills:
Legal, other normative legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodical and normative-technical materials on production and commercial activity of the section (welding), perspective of technical development of the company and section; technical requirements towards products of section, technology of production; section equipment and rules of equipment technical operation; procedures and methods of technical-economical and current production planning; forms and methods of production and commercial activity of section; current regulations on labor remuneration and forms of material motivation; lead domestic and foreign experience in similar production; basis of economy, labor organization, production and management; basis of labor legislation; rules of internal labor regulation; industrial safety and fire safety requirements
