The Company opened a subsidiary in Kazakhstan and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop the commercial activities in the local market.

Main tasks:
1. To reach planning sales targets
2. Develop the distributors and partners network;
3. Set clear targets for distributors’ sales force, organize control of performance and implement common reporting and evaluation system of their work;
4. Plan, develop and implement business training programs to key customer groups;
5. Implement trainings and development plans for the distributors’ sales force.
6. To coordinate other operations-related activities like logistics outsource, certification, reporting

Main requirements:
- Higher education (preferably – economics)
- 25-40 years old
- 3+ years of commercial experience in pro-Western companies, preferably in Automotive or related industry
- Hands-on experience in building effective distribution of products in the market
- Excellent commercial skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities
- High potential, dynamic and proactive attitude, goal-oriented
- Good analytical skills, logically-thinking
- Good working knowledge of English preferably
